Summer Reflection

Hi Everyone!

As I write this post we are now in the start of Autumn which means cosy jumpers, hot chocolates and snuggly blankets are on their way, I am currently wrapped up in my pashmina because I am bloody frozen! I thought I would do just a reflection type thing on my Summer so lets give it a whirl.

I don't regret most of what I did this Summer, I basically worked all Summer which was so tiring and I still haven't decided if it was worth the pay but I did make some amazing friends and I don't know how I functioned without them in my life! I also did make some cash which wasn't a bad thing whatsoever and has contributed to my retail therapy addiction.

I've had time to catch up with friends that I haven't seen in months which was lovely but also a bit sad as I know I'm not going to see them for a while once I move but I have had some lovely mate dates and they have been the highlight of my Summer. I also finally went down to Chester to visit the sister and meet her housemates which was a lovely few days away and it was nice to see her before I leave. I also got to visit the infamous Jaunty Goat which is the coffee shop she works at and they do THE BEST red velvet cake! And Chester has the best little vintage shop called Lily Vintage which really 'helped' with my addiction to crew neck vintage varsity sweatshirts.

I also had one last trip to London to get my visa which was both really nice and sad because I always planned that I would move to London but plans change which isn't a bad thing! Another big change is that I have changed my surname finally and will be going through Deed Poll in the future to make it official!

If I'm honest I've had a really quiet Summer and kind of wish I did more as I wanted this to be the best Summer ever before I make the move but theres very little to be done now and the things I did do were amazing and I wouldn't have missed them for the world!
